In 2023 August 28 The Day of Defense Industries of the USA and the Baltic States was held in Vilnius. This event, which is a continuation of a similar event held last year in Riga, was aimed at companies intending to participate in the public procurements of the US Department of Defense.

Representatives of AB Detonas participated in this event. During the event, information was shared about what trends dominated the US military industry and what companies who want to participate in the public procurement of the US Department of Defense, offering military products, need to know. The participation of AB Detonas representatives in the event helped strengthen the company's relations in the international market, promote innovation and the export of Lithuanian products.

Such an event is being organized in the Baltic countries for the second time after the 2021 December. The Government of the Republic of Lithuania and the Government of the United States of America signed an agreement on mutual public procurement in the field of defense, opening up new opportunities for Lithuanian companies.
